We stopped by a private Villa in Costozza on our way to Vincenza. The owner is taking care of the building and winery on his own and the property has been the the family for a long time. Unfortunately I don't have any photos of the rooms/building other than the Murano glass chandelier (I got lazy photographing). We got to sample some of the owner's wine and spend some time inside while it was snowing but the visit was a little shorter than I imagined.
